We will significantly aid the growth and success of our membership through warm referrals, association, and masterminding.

1. Growing the Business – As business leaders we are genuinely interested in growing our business by helping others.
2. Understanding – We don’t know everything about everything. We are, however, experts at some things and through sharing that expertise the group will profit.
3. Power of Size – Collectively, we will achieve goals that could not be achieved individually.

Accountability

1. We are committed.  Our interactions, insights, recruiting, and collective input make the group function and grow. 
2. We participate.  Attendance is critical to our success.  If we cannot attend, we send a proxy or provide needed input, research or other information to the group leader before meetings or functions.
3. Referrals & guests are our life blood. We trust one another, build relationships outside of our meetings, and support the group through referrals & recruiting new members.
4. We are exclusive.  We allow only one business per profession.
5. We are leaders.  We will take turns leading, working in committees, scribing, or filling in as needed.
6. We have one voice.  The direction of the group, membership elections, time and other functions are determined by consensus.  We support the decisions made by the group.
